NOTE: Applicants can still register to take the TEAS exam up to June 1 but will have to select the "Remote Online" option and then select either "ATI Remote Proctor-Nursing " or "ATI Remote Proctor-Allied Health". The applicant will take this version of TEAS at home with an online proctor. The cost is $115.

Application deadline for PN, LPN/Paramedic to RN, and Sonogram is June 1 by 5:00 pm. Applications may be mailed or turned into the Allied Health Office in Shumaker Hall.
