Kimberly Moore Davis, daughter of Charles (Betty) Moore & Verdia Walker Moore, is a 1998 Graduate of Camden Fairview High School, a 2002 Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and a 2004 Master of Business Administration graduate from Webster University.

While studying at Webster, she started working at The ASA Group, a life insurance brokerage firm in Little Rock where she was the Chief Financial Officer. After more than a decade at The ASA Group, she resigned and decided to open a business of her own. In 2018, at her father’s urging Kimberly moved back to Camden to assist her father with his non-profit program called Planting a Seed Foundation which was founded in 2006. Working with these children inspired Kimberly to become the best role model that she could be.

Even though the plan was to stay in Camden for one year, in January 2019 Kimberly opened her firm, Moore Accounting & Tax Services, LLC (MATS). She serves individuals and businesses, with tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, billing, notary services, and new business start-up. She has helped at least 250 different companies get started. Kimberly is currently studying at North Central University for her doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on Finance. Eventually, she would like to add a Financial Planning Division at Moore Accounting. Financial Literacy is a major stumbling block for many low-income individuals, and she would like to organize seminars in Camden to try to bridge the knowledge gap in finances.

Recently, Moore Accounting & Tax Services, LLC was 1 of the 500 small businesses in the United States to receive a $10,000 Backing Small Business Grant presented by American Express, in partnership with Main Street America.

In 2017 Kimberly was the featured, Heart Survivor of the Year for Central Arkansas. Kimberly was diagnosed with a heart condition called Arrhythmogenic Right Ventricular Dysplasia (ARVD) at a very young age. After losing her mother, sister, and brother to heart disease, and receiving a pacemaker and defibrillator, this caused her to become vocal with the American Heart Association. She enjoys spreading awareness to others.

Kimberly is currently a member of the Downtown Business Network and the Camden Sportsplex Coalition. She really wants to see Camden grow to be something amazing! Kimberly loves small-town living and the hometown feeling when everybody knows everybody.

Kimberly was selected to the fourth Cohort of the Women’s Economic Mobility (WEM) Hub by the Women’s Foundation of Arkansas. She was also named the 2024-2025 Distinguished Young Women of the Year by the Camden Noon Lions Club and the 2024-2025 Sam Walton Small Business Award by the Camden Regional Chamber of Commerce.

She is a member of Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church where she serves on the finance committee and a member of the choir.

She is also the proud wife of Carlos Davis.
