Mr. Shantonio Elliott was born and raised in Camden, Arkansas, and is the son of David and Gracie M. Elliott. Shantonio is a graduate of Camden Fairview High School. Mr. Elliott earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway, Arkansas. He holds a Master of Health Administration and a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri. He is currently a Regional Director of Market Operations with Archwell Health and co-owner of MEM Pageant Consulting and Coaching. Shantonio was awarded the 2024 LifePoint Health Mercy Award, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated 40 Under 40 Beta Class Nominee, Marquis Who’s Who 2024 Award, and featured in Little Rock Soiree’s 2024 Men on a Mission. He currently serves as Secretary and Board Liaison on the USDA Grant Leadership Team for the Central Arkansas Sphinx Foundation, Vice-President and Scholarship Chair for the Roy and Mamie Elliott Foundation, and board member for Pulaski County Youth Services, Leadership Saline County, and We Hear You, Inc.
