The Office of the Registrar at SAU Tech is here to support your academic journey from enrollment to graduation. We provide essential services such as enrollment verification, transcript requests, degree audits, graduation applications, and the maintenance of academic records — all while ensuring compliance with institutional policies and federal/state laws.

Our goal is to provide timely, professional, and consistent service to students, faculty, staff, alumni, and the broader community.

Graduation Information

Each ceremony should last approximately 60-90 minutes. There will be no guest limit or tickets required for guests to attend the commencement ceremonies. The ceremonies will be live-streamed on the SAU Tech Facebook page.

  • Graduation Regalia:

    Graduation regalia (caps, gowns, and honor cords) will be available for pick up in late November in the Administration Building. Specific dates will be posted on the SAU Tech  website and by email. Only SAU Tech-approved accessories, sch as academic cords, stoles, and medallions, may be worn over regalia. Decorated caps are not permitted. Candidates will be asked to remove any unauthorized items.

  • Diploma Information:

    Diplomas for all graduated will be mailed to the address provided on the graduation applications approximately 30 days after commencement.


    If the address listed on your graduation application is incorrect, please send an updated address to registrar@sautech.edu to prevent any delay in receiving your diploma.


    ALL graduated (August 2025, December 2025) need to start checking your SAU Tech email for updates from the registrar. Information about graduation regalia, ordering additional regalia items and invitations, and picking up caps & gowns sets will be available by the end of November

  • Photography:

    Stephanie Dunn King Photography will be taking professional pictures during the ceremony. Information will be provided b email regarding the purchase of the ceremony photographs.

  • Graduate Arrival Time:

    Graduates must check in 1 hour before their assigned ceremony at the Activity Center gym entrance.

SAU Tech's first annual Fall Graduation will be held on December 12, 2025, at 10:00 am. This includes August 2025 graduates and Fall 2025 graduation candidates. Applications for Fall Graduation are due by August 29, 2025. If you do not apply, you will not be able to participate in graduation until May 2026. Contact your Academic Advisor if you have not yet applied for Fall Graduation.

Need your official transcript?

SAU Tech partners with the National Student Clearinghouse to verify enrollment and degrees.

Students may also complete an Information Request Form through the Registrar’s Office.

Southern Arkansas University Tech does not re-release other college and high school transcripts or photocopies of other college and high school transcripts that have been submitted for admission purposes and are kept in the student’s record. A student will need to have those transcripts mailed directly from their original source. Information about graduation, student records, and withdrawing from SAU Tech can be found at mycollege.
